                  Buildings: Accidental Damage included.

                  Contents: Accidental Damage where selected.

                  Flood cover: Included (subject to online declaration).

                  Subsidence: Included where selected (subject to online declaration).

                  New for Old: Replacement (excludes Cycles, Clothing and Linen)

                  Up to 45%: Discount available.

                  Grade I & Grade II: Listed properties can be insured.

                  Buildings: Cover up to £1,000,000 without the need to refer.

                  Contents: Cover up to £150,000 without the need to refer.
